75 Day Mt. Pleasant Rd. Closure

Summit County Engineer Alan Brubaker, PE, PS would like to alert residents and motorists of an upcoming 75-day closure of Mt. Pleasant Rd. starting Monday, July 28th, 2025. The section of Mt. Pleasant Rd. being closed is located between Lutz Ave NW and Arlington Ave NW. Access to homes and businesses will be maintained. This closure is due to bridge rehabilitation including replacement of beams and deck.
The detour route will be posted. The detour route involves Arlington Ave., Strausser St., and Lutz Ave. All work is subject to inclement weather.
