Construction of a Roundabout at the intersection of Killian Road (CR135) and Pickle Road (CR 70). Work will also include curbs, sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, signage, striping, and drainage.
We have completed the request for proposal process for the design contract. A design consultant has been identified with the hope to award the design contract in 2026, if additional construction funding is secured. Due to financial constraints and a few years of declining revenue, we are unable to proceed with the project unless we receive additional grant funding.

Funding Sources:
- $1,990,000.00 from the Carbon Reduction Program funding disbursed by the Akron Metropolitan Area Transportation Study, requiring a 20% match from Motor Vehicle Gas Tax (MVGT).
- Applied for an additional $1,440,000 in Surface Transportation Block Grant funds requiring a 10% match from MVGT and 10% from Toll Revenue Credit funds.
- $500,000 paid with all local funds.
