Request for Public Comment - New Permit Requirements.

The Summit County Engineer’s Office is updating the requirements for obtaining a permit to work within the County-owned right-of-way. We have drafted a set of updated rules and regulations and are hoping to get input from the general public, utilities, local public safety officers, and township, village, and city officials.
