Construction Planned on N Cleveland-Massillon Road

The Summit County Engineer’s Office would like to announce upcoming roadway construction on Cleveland-Massillon Road from SR 18 to Springside Drive.
Beginning Tuesday, August 25, 2026, Barbicas Construction Co. will perform milling, pavement repairs, and resurfacing along the roadway. Construction is anticipated to continue for approximately one week, weather permitting.
Traffic will be maintained throughout construction; However, motorists should expect lane closures and possible delays. No detour will be required.
Motorists are encouraged to use caution when traveling through the work zone, allow additional travel time, and follow all traffic-control devices.
Construction schedules are weather dependent and may change as work progresses.
