12 Day Boyden Road Closure

Summit County Engineer Alan Brubaker, PE, PS would like to alert residents and motorists of an upcoming 12-day closure of Boyden Road starting Wednesday, July 9th, 2025. The section of Boyden Road being closed is located South of Meadowview Dr. and North of McNeil Dr. Access to homes and businesses will be maintained. This closure is due to the removal and replacement of the existing culvert and associated headwalls. The replacement will also include the placement of rock channel protection at the outlet and regarding the roadside ditches.
The detour route will be posted. The detour route involves W. Aurora Rd. (SR 82) to Brandywine Rd. to Highland Rd. All work is subject to inclement weather.
