Description of Work: The Hazel Street Bridge project is substantially complete, with some sealing and restoration work to be done in the Spring of 2011. This project involved the replacement of the bridge superstructure, the repair of the bridge substructure, and the reconstruction of the roadway approach slabs and guardrail.
