Status: Richland Engineering of Mansfield, Ohio has been hired to design this bridge replacement project.
The estimated construction cost is $281,000.
The new bridge will be wider and include a sidewalk on the west side.
The project is being funded as follows:
Ohio Public Works Commission: 80%
Summit County Engineer: 10%
City of Norton: 10%
Schedule:
Construction is scheduled for the summer of 2012 and will be completed during the school summer recess.
Maintenance of Traffic: Traffic will be detoured using local roads.
