The Summit County permit is a joint permit with 28 cities, townships and villages in Summit County. It is a unified program with all communities working together on the same Storm Water Management Plan; however, each community also has responsibility to assure compliance within its boundaries as well as being part of the whole.
Although Ohio EPA implemented standard reporting forms beginning with the report of 2009 activities, and we have a joint permit, each community had to submit the completed forms to Summit County, which were then consolidated in a single package to forward to Ohio EPA. There was a lot of repetition in the reporting, but that is the way Ohio EPA requested that we submit the reports.
The attached zip file includes all the individual community reports, as well as all the county-wide reports.
