The Summit County Engineer has completed our review of the Rothrock Retail Center Traffic Impact Study dated September 2010 and we are providing the attached review document detailing our findings. The document is a compilation of comments from various review agencies including ODOT, ms consultants, inc., the Mannik & Smith Group, and from input offered at a recent public information meeting hosted by this office. All comments presented in this document are to be considered as comments from this office.
In addition to his September 2010 submission, the developer has offered additional information that was not included in his report. We have included review comments related to this additional information.
The current submission is not approved and I advise against going forward with the proposed retail development until we have a resolution of all outstanding issues.
